Refund policy

At FOUNDD, we want you to feel confident with every order. If the size doesn’t fit, the product isn’t what you expected, or you received a defective item, you can request a return within 2 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as delivered with original packaging intact. Since all our pairs are one-of-one pre-loved sneakers, exchanges depend on availability. To initiate a return, simply reach out to our team on WhatsApp (0370-0244171) with your order details and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your full payment will be refunded to your bank account. Returns should be sent to UNI Centre, Suite No. 912, 9th Floor, I.I Chundrigar Rd, Karachi.
